All Sales Are Final — No Returns, Refunds, or Size Exchanges

Because of the nature of mystery boxes, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer size exchanges under any circumstances.

When you buy a mystery box, you are buying a curated surprise. We do not offer swaps or returns based on:

• Fit or Sizing: Vintage tag sizes vary. It is on you to review the general sizing guidelines in the product description before ordering.

• Personal Preference: You might not like every single color, brand, or style in your box. That’s the risk and the point of a mystery box.

• Mind Changes: No order cancellations once placed.

Quality & Authenticity

We know what we sell. Every box is packed with authentic, hand-picked vintage pieces (brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and similar top-tier apparel). We do not ship out damaged gear, fake items, or junk.

Wrong Order Received

The only exception is if we made a mistake on our end (for example, we sent you a Size Small box when your order receipt clearly says Size Extra Large). If that happens, email us at [clairvoyantvntg@gmail.com] within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping label and contents, and we will get it sorted.
